Order Cancellation
If your order has been placed and you need to make changes or cancel it, please contact us as soon as possible.
A restocking fee of 5% will apply to cancelled orders. For orders shipped outside the United States, the restocking fee is 8%.
Once your order has entered the packaging or shipping process, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee for products that arrive defective or are damaged during shipping.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Simply send us photos of the issue, and we'll gladly arrange a replacement or issue a refund, depending on your preference.
To be eligible for a refund or replacement, items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging, unless they were damaged during transit.
Please note that if your returned package is still in transit, your refund will be processed after it has been received and inspected.
Refunds will not be issued if your order fails to arrive due to circumstances within your control, such as providing an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.

Because each piece is made by hand, slight variations in color, wave patterns, resin flow, and finishing details are a natural part of the creative process. These unique characteristics make every coaster one of a kind and are not considered defects.

Because this item is made to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for minor variations, personal preference, or change of mind.
If your coaster arrives damaged during shipping or has a material or craftsmanship defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we'll gladly arrange a replacement or another appropriate resolution.
